Registration

Please complete the Registration by April 25, 2026. After this date Registration can still be completed but will be associated to an increased fee (see below)
Participation in the Symposium will be limited to approximately 120 attendees. It is important that registrations be submitted as soon as possible in order to receive prompt consideration by the organizing committee and to ensure participation.

Conference fees

Abstracts will be included in the Book of Abstracts only when the Registration has been completed and a Conference fee received.

The Conference fee includes: access to all scientific sessions, digital book of abstracts and other conference material, all lunches, coffee breaks and social events (welcome mixer, wine tasting and the conference banquet).

Payment

Please mark clearly in the remittance: participant name – iCHAT 2026.
Please instruct your bank to process the remittance
“free of all charges to beneficiary”.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds only cover the Conference fee. The accommodation arrangement is made between the Hotel and the participant. Cancellation received on or before May 25, 2026 will be entitled to a 90% refund of payment. 50% refund will be entitled for cancellations received after May 25, 2026. Cancellations and refunds should be directly arranged with the Società Chimica Italiana (ufficiocongressi@soc.chim.it)
