Registration form

Please complete the Registration by April 30, 2024. After this date Registration can still be completed but will be associated to an increased fee (see below)

Participation in the Symposium will be limited to approximately 120 attendees. It is important that registrations be submitted as soon as possible in order to receive prompt consideration by the organizing committee and to ensure participation.

Abstracts will be included in the Book of Abstracts only when the Registration has been completed and a Conference fee received.

The Conference fee includes: access to all scientific sessions, digital book of abstracts and other conference material, all lunches, coffee breaks and social events (welcome mixer, a cultural activity + associated dinner and the conference banquet).

 

Payment

Conference fee payment must be made in euro (€) by April 30, 2024. Registration will be confirmed (within 2 weeks) upon payment receipt. Please select your mode of payment:

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds only cover the Conference fee. The accommodation arrangement is made between the Hotel Villa Vecchia and the participant. Cancellation received on or before May 31, 2024 will be entitled to a 90% refund of payment. 50% refund will be entitled for cancellations received after June 8, 2024. Cancellations and refunds should be directly arranged with the Società Chimica Italiana (ufficiocongressi@soc.chim.it)
